Silverbeet, pineapple and peanut sauce.
Method of preparation / cooking
Tear the silver beet into pieces (not the stalks) and place in the bowl. Drain the pineapple and keep the juice for the dressing. Add the pieces to the bowl. sprinkle the peanuts over.
Dressing: Mix half of the drained pineapple juice with garlic, peanut butter, honey and soy sauce. Mix well until its a smooth sauce. Pour over the salad.
